Welcome to EPIC TIRE HUB. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website epictirehub.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by EPIC TRANSPORTATION LLC, doing business as EPIC TIRE HUB (“EPIC TIRE HUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About us and how we fulfill orders
EPIC TIRE HUB is an online-only tire retailer. We sell new, brand-name tires for passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks directly to consumers. We do not operate a physical store or installation shop, and installation is never included in our prices. Orders are fulfilled together with our authorized distribution partner, whose warehouse is located in Fresno, California. Your order ships from that warehouse to the address you provide at checkout. Because fulfillment takes place in California and our company is based in Pennsylvania, delivery times depend on the distance between Fresno and your delivery address, as explained in Section 6.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, and delivery address, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be delayed, returned by the carrier, or cancelled; additional carrier charges caused by incorrect information provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Products and product information
All tires sold on the Site are new, unused, and never mounted, and are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty (see our Warranty Policy). We work to display accurate information for every product, including brand, model, size, load index, speed rating, price, and availability. Product descriptions and other content on the Site may be prepared with the assistance of automated and artificial-intelligence tools, as described in Section 5. Manufacturer specifications, published by the tire manufacturer, control over any conflicting information on the Site.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and any state tire fee required by law for deliveries in Pennsylvania is also calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates for your order and delivery address. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment method may be authorized or charged when the order is placed. If an item’s price was displayed incorrectly, Section 5 explains how we handle it.
5. Use of artificial intelligence and correction of errors
Part of the content on this Site — including some product descriptions, images, organizational work, and customer-service assistance — is created or assisted with artificial-intelligence (AI) tools, and some product images are illustrative images rather than photographs of the exact tire, in which case they are identified as illustrative. We review our content, but errors can occur, including typographical errors, incorrect specifications, outdated availability, and pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we may, before shipment: (a) correct the information and notify you, (b) give you the option to confirm the order with the corrected information, or (c) cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. No employee, contractor, or automated system statement that conflicts with the tire manufacturer’s published specifications creates a warranty or obligation beyond these Terms.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship the next business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, once payment has cleared and the order has been processed. Orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx from Fresno, California, and a tracking number is emailed to you when the shipment is created. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of shipment, depending on your location; delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Tires may be shipped as individual units or, for certain passenger sizes ordered in pairs, strapped together as a single package under one label. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the shipment to the address provided. Please inspect your tires promptly upon delivery and report any transit damage within 7 days of delivery, with photos, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy. If a shipment is returned to the warehouse as undeliverable because of information provided by the customer, reshipment may require payment of new shipping charges.
7. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, and product warranties are governed by our Warranty Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms. In summary: returns are accepted within 20 days of the shipment date under the conditions of the Returns Policy; warranties are provided solely by the tire manufacturer; and road-hazard coverage is not included with any purchase.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to place orders with fraudulent payment methods, not to interfere with the Site’s operation or security, and not to copy or scrape Site content for commercial use without our written permission. We may cancel orders and suspend accounts that violate this section.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPIC TIRE HUB’s liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including installation costs, vehicle downtime, or towing, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits the manufacturer’s warranty obligations or your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site or a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order governs that order. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
