Warranty Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Manufacturer’s warranty only
Every tire sold by EPIC TIRE HUB is a new, brand-name tire covered exclusively by the warranty offered by its manufacturer. EPIC TIRE HUB does not offer, and no purchase includes, any additional warranty from us, whether express or implied, beyond what applicable law requires. The manufacturer’s warranty is between you and the manufacturer, and its terms — including duration, mileage limits where offered, conditions, and exclusions — are those published by the manufacturer for the specific model.
2. What manufacturer warranties typically cover
Depending on the manufacturer and model, coverage may include defects in materials and workmanship and, for some models, a tread-life (mileage) warranty or a uniformity warranty. Coverage generally requires proper installation, correct inflation, regular rotation, and use appropriate to the tire’s size, load index, and speed rating. The manufacturer’s published terms for your model control in all cases.
3. What is not covered
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover: road hazards (nails, screws, potholes, glass, curb impact, or other road damage); wear from misalignment, improper inflation, or lack of rotation; damage from accidents, misuse, racing, or off-label use; or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance. Road-hazard coverage is not included with any purchase from EPIC TIRE HUB. If a manufacturer or a third party offers road-hazard protection separately, that protection is governed solely by its own terms.
4. How to make a warranty claim
If you believe a tire you bought from us has a manufacturing defect:
- Do not continue driving on it if it appears unsafe.
- Contact us at info@epictirehub.com with your order number, photos of the tire and DOT code, and a description of the problem.
- We will direct you to the manufacturer’s claims portal used by our distribution partner (claims.twwd.us) and tell you what documentation is needed.
- The manufacturer or its claims administrator inspects the tire and decides the claim under the manufacturer’s terms. Approved claims are remedied as the manufacturer provides — typically a replacement tire or a credit based on remaining tread. EPIC TIRE HUB does not decide warranty claims and cannot guarantee their outcome, but we will help you submit a complete claim.
5. Costs related to claims
Unless the manufacturer’s warranty states otherwise, costs of removal, mounting, balancing, installation, disposal, towing, and vehicle downtime are not covered by the warranty and are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs related to a claim follow the manufacturer’s claim instructions.
6. Transit damage and wrong items are not warranty matters
If your order arrives damaged from transit, or we shipped the wrong item, contact us under the Refund and Returns Policy (within 7 days of delivery for transit damage, with photos). Those cases are handled directly by EPIC TIRE HUB and do not require a manufacturer claim.
